CCAI was founded in 1979, originally to provide consulting services in the field of telecommunications. In 1983 our focus changed to representing manufacturers of voice and digital telecommunications products. Though primarily focused in the New England area, CCAI also covers some major companies with offices throughout the USA and represents TrueComm Inc.'s Interrogator line both nationally and internationally. Today, CCAI is known for its provision of customer oriented engineering services and support operations in the sales representative field. Major customers servedVerizon, SBC, independent telcos, alternate service providers, cellular/mobile service providers, power utilities, cable providers and manufacturers in New England and upstate New York. Product lines representedComtest, JDSU-Communications Test (Acterna), Oscilloquartz, Rycom, TrueComm, Westronic Systems. CCAI is the recipient of the Mass High Tech Cyber Citizenship 2000 Award. The New England Cyber Citizenship award is presented annually by Mass High Tech to companies that make a significant investment of time, resources, and people in their communities. |
