The CCAI Team Scott D. Boyle — President
Scott Boyle joined Concord Communications Associates, Inc. (CCAI) in 2001. Prior to joining CCAI, Scott was an account executive for Acterna (now JDSU), successfully selling test equipment into Network Equipment Manufacturers, including Cisco, Lucent and Nortel. Scott served 5 years in the military as a PATRIOT missile officer in Germany, serving as PATRIOT communications liaison officer between US and Saudi Arabia, and between US and Israel. He was also the Officer in Charge of the PATRIOT communications center for 2 years.
Scott received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Human Factors Engineering from West Point in 1993.
Raymond H. Lanier — Vice President, Sales & Marketing
With over 38 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Ray Lanier is uniquely qualified to provide engineering consultative services as an integral part of meeting the equipment needs of the customers we serve.
Lanier co-founded CCAI in 1979 with his wife, Rose Marie Lanier. His experience ranges from the designing of speech compression systems at COMSAT (Communications Satellite Corporation) Labs, to engineering management and product line marketing management at Nortel (Northern Telecom) at their Analog and Radio and Northeast Electronics Divisions, to developing testing techniques that led to the industry standard T-Berd test equipment product line at Acterna (formerly TTC/Telecommunications Techniques Corp.).
Lanier received his Bachelors of Science in Engineering Technology Degree from Capitol College in Maryland. He has two patents to his credit for speech detection and compression.
Rose Marie Lanier — Vice President
Rose Marie Lanier co-founded Concord Communications Associates, Inc. in 1979 with her husband, Raymond H. Lanier. Her experience in managing the federally funded Head Start Program and education programs for the disadvantaged and handicapped provided her with the managerial skills to develop CCAI in a way that is employee centered as well as customer service oriented. Appreciating a company's social responsibility to be a good corporate citizen in its own community, she has served on the Boards of the Concord Regional Food Program and the Concord Area Trust for Community Housing. Lanier was founding Chair of the Board of Concord Community TV.
Lanier received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education with Social Studies and a Master of Education Degree in Community Counseling from the University of Maryland.
John Hogan — Regional Sales Manager
John Hogan brings over thirteen years of sales experience in telecommunications test equipment and military experience to his position as Regional Sales Manager. Hogan most recently worked in sales at JDSU (formerly Acterna), covering the Verizon and Verizon Wireless accounts. Hogan is well versed in RBOC business initiatives and practices; and has many years experience in managing large accounts. Prior to joining JDSU, Hogan served in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Engineering Officer, serving three years in Japan , two years aboard the aircraft carrier John F. Kennedy, and two years in Newport, Rhode Island as an engineering instructor.
Hogan received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1993.
Gary Dublin — Regional Sales Manager, Upstate New York
Gary brings over 29 years of experience in the telecommunications industry starting at New York Telephone, then to AT&T through Divestiture and ultimately with a CLEC providing voice and data network solutions. Gary's experience includes structured cabling, private network design from DS0 to Frame relay and ATM. He also has provided hardware and test equipment from outside plant to central office and customer premise.
Lesley A. Marchand — Executive Secretary
Lesley Marchand joined CCAI in1988. She is responsible for the day to day operations of CCAI. Marchand also collects the data on purchase orders and payments that gives us the ability to more easily & rapidly provide customer service and maintain smoothly run general operations. Marchand serves as the point of contact for customers seeking efficient delivery of their orders, implementing our philosophy of providing excellent customer support as a focal point of our activities.
