Our Team
Scott D. Boyle
President
Scott Boyle joined Concord Communications in 2001, coming from Acterna (now Viavi Solutions) as an account executive for NEMs and Telcos in New England. Prior to joining Acterna, Scott served 6 years in the military as a PATRIOT missile officer in Germany as Officer in Charge of the battalion communications center, and was deployed twice to Saudi Arabia. Scott also served as communications liaison officer for a PATRIOT missile task force between US and Israel forces in 1998 and 1999.
Scott received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Human Factors Engineering from West Point in 1993.

History of CCAI
Our Story
CCAI was initially founded as a consulting firm in the field of telecommunications. However, in 1983, we shifted our focus to representing voice, digital, and wireless telecommunications product manufacturers. While we started our operations primarily in New England, we expanded our services to Upstate and Metro New York in 2008. Today, we provide our services to customers across the entire spectrum of telecommunications, including mobility carriers, major telephone companies, independent telephone companies, utilities, contractors, NEMs, and Fortune 500 companies. With over 40 years of experience in customer-focused engineering and support services in the sales representative field, CCAI has become one of the leading telecommunications rep firms in the United States.
